We’re committed to making the most authentic tobacco e-liquid on Earth. We come from a long line of tobacco experts who have mastered the art of growing and curing tobacco for generations. However, we realized that many e-liquids marketed as “tobacco” didn’t taste like tobacco at all. That inspired us to take a different approach and create true tobacco e-liquid with no compromises.

A prediction over dinner
Elia Salzman, a close friend of my father and a legend in the tobacco industry, made an unforgettable prediction over dinner at our home in Rome. He said: “I’m convinced that the cigarette as we know it will disappear one day.” “This nicotine delivery system is very outdated.” He predicted that combustion would soon be replaced by vapor devices.

Real tobacco for the first time
After extensive research and development, Black Note’s true tobacco e-liquid was finally ready. The company officially launched in January, in both Europe and the United States. With a mission to create a smoke-free world and Vape, the vaping e-liquid was designed to appeal to adult smokers, and no one else.

As part of the FDA’s regulatory requirements, Black Note met the deadline to register all pre-existing products with the FDA. This step demonstrated Black Note’s commitment to supporting the highest standards.
April 5, 2021
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) accepted Black Note’s PMTA submission for its products, recognizing the company’s strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
November 19, 2021
The FDA completed an initial review of Black Note’s PMTAs and determined that the applications met the filing requirements. Black Note’s application is currently undergoing scientific review.
