Which pod should you use?

Two pods are in the box. The 0.4Ω pod comes fitted to the device: it has an open draw and more vapor, and suits freebase e-liquids and lower nicotine strengths. The 0.8Ω pod has a tighter draw, closer to a cigarette, and suits salt nicotine e-liquids. If you already own XROS pods from an earlier device, they fit straight in.
